01The whole plant behind one login

Every department had its own system and its own spreadsheet. Nobody could see the machines in real time, and KPIs were assembled by hand before every meeting.
→ What I built
One web address and one login for the whole plant: every production line monitored live, KPIs with action plans, role-based access and a record of who did what.
✓ The result
Issues are logged where they happen and build up a history. Rework, scrap and maintenance are now dealt with up front, not after the fact.

02A platform for people importing from China

✕ The problem
People in Brazil importing from China for personal use can't tell what they'll actually pay: the yuan exchange rate, agent fees, shipping and import taxes change the whole bill.
→ What I built
A platform that calculates the real cost before you buy, with a course, a community, a log of past imports and annual or lifetime subscriptions. Alongside it, a browser extension that translates Chinese marketplaces and rates their suppliers.

Live and in operation. End to end: product, code, servers, payments, browser extension and support.

03The shop floor connected to the ERP

The ERP had the schedule; the shop floor had the batches, the downtime and the losses. Neither knew about the other, and in between there was paper and retyping.
→ What I built
A simple screen for the operator, with the production order in front of them and weighing data going straight into the ERP. Light enough to run on the plant's old computers.
✓ The result
Live in two months, connected to the ERP the company already had. The alternative on the table was restructuring the ERP: six months, with operations at risk during the switchover.

04A CNC workshop that calculates, not types

Cost and margin for each job in the workshop were typed into a spreadsheet instead of calculated.
→ What I built
A management system where everything hangs off the job: quotes, sheet stock, tooling, machine hours, fixed costs, billing and payroll. Picking the service type brings in the sheet, the cutter and the cutting parameters that worked before, and the margin updates as you type.
✓ The result
Built in four weeks, with a month of follow-up. It runs in the browser on the company's own network, with no dependence on the internet.

What people ask before signing.
01How much does custom software cost?
Projects start at R$2,250 (Brazilian reais) for the system itself. The final price depends on what it needs to solve and is fixed after the diagnosis, with no monthly license and no per-user fee. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing improvements are available as separate plans, if you want them. You'll know the total before we start.
02How long until I see something working?
A few weeks. I deliver in stages, with something working from the start, instead of months of silence followed by a big reveal. The full timeline is set in the diagnosis, along with the scope.
03Do I need to replace the system I already use?
Almost never. Replacing the ERP or a legacy system is the expensive, slow and risky route. I build around what already works and connect what's disconnected, keeping operations running throughout.
04What if new software isn't the answer?
I'll tell you before you spend. If the problem can be solved with a process change or an off-the-shelf tool, or can't be solved within your budget, you'll know by the end of the diagnosis. I only take on a project when the result is achievable, and then I commit to it.
05Do you work with companies outside Brazil?
Yes. I'm based in Brazil and most of the work is remote, in English, for companies anywhere. Diagnosis and rollout sometimes need me on site, and any travel is agreed as part of the scope up front.
06What happens after the system goes live?
Servers, backups, monitoring and fixes can stay with me on a monthly plan, so you don't need to hire another company to maintain what I delivered. Ongoing improvements are also available as a plan, sized to the work.
