Your company doesn't have a technology problem.

It has systems that don't talk.

Processes trapped in spreadsheets.

Data nobody can see.

I understand the operation in full and build the system that solves it.

01 / The thesis

Satellite, not demolition.

What already works stays standing. I build around it, connecting every edge to the center in real time.

02 / What I build

From database to pixel.

ASystems & integration

The core: making what exists talk, and building what's missing.

01

Custom-built systems

The system grows out of your operation, not the other way around. A complete solution, delivered in production and working, never half a system waiting on a second vendor.

02

Systems integration

ERP, shop floor, bank, spreadsheet, legacy: each one speaks its own language. I get them talking through a single source, with the same number holding true across the whole company.

03

One portal for the company

One address, one login, every department in the same place. Each person reaches exactly what their role allows, and nothing beyond it.

04

Legacy rescue

The old system nobody dares touch, inherited from someone who has already left. I go into it, work out what it does and modernize it in stages, without interrupting the operation.

/ Diagnosis

The symptom is visible.
The cause, almost never.

Systems consulting is not selling software. It is seeing the whole operation, finding where it jams and building exactly what solves it.

/ The contrast

A giant consultancy is no guarantee of a solution.

You've already paid dearly to be told the problem is your operation. What if the problem is the system?

The usual consultancy

  • License + rollout + consulting hours: the numbers never add up
  • A generic solution: your operation is what has to adapt
  • The proposed way out is restructuring what already works: months and risk
  • Months of meetings before the first working screen
  • Whoever sells it is not whoever builds it
  • Big promise in the contract, small validation in practice
  • Support by ticket, queue and escalation

With me

  • Fair project pricing, with no perpetual license locking you in
  • A satellite system: I integrate with what exists instead of tearing it down
  • Fast delivery, working within the first weeks
  • Custom-built: the system grows out of your operation
  • AI first, with prudence, where it produces a real result
  • Follow-through with real checkpoints at every stage
  • I only take the project when the result is possible, and then I commit to it

You don't need the biggest consultancy. You need the right solution.

Industrial Portal

Manufacturing industry · 5+ systems · universal SSO · real time

The problem

The operation was tracked across spreadsheets and separate systems: machines with no visibility, indicators assembled by hand before every meeting, uncontrolled access and each department sitting on its own island of information.

The solution

A single portal with its own SSO authentication pulling several systems together: real-time supervisory view per production line over WebSocket, a synoptic panel of the process, KPIs with action plans and a presentation mode for meetings, admin modules with group-based access control, file management and an activity trail.

The result

Standardized operational processes and incident logging consolidated in the same portal: the deviation is captured where it happens and becomes traceable history, shifting rework, scrap and corrective maintenance into preventive action.

The whole plant at one address, behind one login.

Production System

Manufacturing industry · 6 months → 2 months · R$ 125,000 saved

The problem

Two sources of truth that never spoke to each other: the ERP holding the schedule and production reporting, and the shop floor supervisory system holding batches, loads, downtime and losses. Between them, paper, typing and delay.

The solution

A gateway that consolidates both sources into a single API and hands the operator one simple screen on the shop floor: the production order front and center, weighing posted straight into the ERP, profiles by access level (operator, lead, admin). A frontend with no framework, light enough to run on any terminal in the plant.

The result

The obvious route was to restructure the ERP: at least six months, high cost and the risk of halting the operation during the swap. The satellite system went live in two months, integrated with the ERP instead of replacing it, and saved around R$ 125,000 in development.

What happens on the machine reaches the ERP right away, with no paper in between.

  • ERP integration
  • Automatic production reporting
  • Integrated weighing

04 / Opportunities

What this unlocks in your business.

Technology isn't the goal. What it does for the operation is what counts.

01

Your operation warning you when something jams

Machine down, order late, target blown: the system warns you right away, before the loss happens.

02

The end of double entry

What goes into one system shows up in the others. Nobody retypes an invoice, an order or a spreadsheet, and nobody mistypes one either.

03

Your numbers live, without asking for a report

Sales, production, cash: dashboards that refresh themselves, on the screen of whoever decides. The meeting starts with the number already there.

04

Your customer buying through your link

A storefront with your brand and pricing calculated by the system, with no table errors. The order lands straight in your WhatsApp.

05

Automated recurring revenue

Subscription, billing and commission running on their own, with every cent recorded. You watch, the system executes.

06

Your finance connected to the bank

Statements and investments flowing into the system by themselves, AI classifying the transactions and projecting cash for the months ahead.

07

Customer service that answers on its own

WhatsApp wired into the system: order status, alerts and automatic replies, without one more person copying and pasting.

08

System live, without the IT worry

Server, security and backup handled by whoever built the system. You don't need to manage one more IT vendor.

05 / Process

No canned formula. With method.

01

Diagnosis

Before writing code, I understand the operation. The real problem is almost never the one showing up as the symptom.

02

Architecture

I design the whole solution: data, integrations, screens and who accesses what. Nothing is born improvised.

03

Build

Short cycles, with working deliveries from the first weeks, no long stretches of silence.

04

Evolution

A system in production is a living organism: I monitor it, adjust it and evolve it alongside the operation.

/ How to hire me

one-off

Diagnosis

A short immersion into your operation: I map where the system blocks the business and hand you a clear plan of what to fix first, even if you don't carry on with me.

full solution

Fixed-scope project

Scope defined, delivery defined: I build the complete solution, deploy it to the server, train the team and leave it running. On large projects, I bring in a team of developers under my management.

monthly

Ongoing consulting

Me as your company's technical arm: I evolve the systems, guide technology decisions and back up your internal team, without you having to build an IT department.

A monthly fee, here, exists for two things only: periodic maintenance or close follow-through. Price proportional to the service, never an inflated subscription that follows you for the rest of your life.

06 / Who you're hiring

Fixed scope, your code, everything documented.

What usually gets asked before signing, answered before the question.

Engagement

B2B

A registered company, a contract and an invoice. Scope and price closed before we start, with no employment relationship and no middleman in between.

Ownership

Yours

The code, the repository and the credentials are registered to your company. No monthly licence to use what you paid for, and no dependency on me to get access.

Continuity

Handover

Decisions recorded, architecture written down, access handed over. If I step away, your team or another supplier picks it up where it stopped, without archaeology.

Reach

Remote

I serve companies in Brazil and abroad. Factory rollout needs presence; the rest is remote, on an agreed time zone.

Languages and mobility

Portuguese and English

I talk straight to your Brazilian team, to the machine vendor and to the local integrator. No interpreter sitting in the technical meeting, and no waiting on a translated manual to unblock the integration.

European citizenship

An EU passport. Factory acceptance at the vendor's plant, a meeting at head office or a rollout at a European site happen with no work visa and no authorisation deadline to sort out first.

Business travel

Diagnosis, kickoff and factory rollout happen on site when the project calls for it, in Brazil or abroad. Travel is agreed into the scope up front, it doesn't show up on the invoice later.

My companies

I built both from scratch and run them myself, live every day. Go in and see them working: architecture, product and infrastructure to the same standard I apply on client work.

07 / Questions

What people ask before signing.

01

How much does a custom software system cost?

It depends on what the system has to solve, which is why I don't work from a price list. What I do guarantee is the format: a fixed price per project, set after the diagnosis, with no perpetual monthly license and no charge per user. You know the total before we start.
02

How long until I see something working?

The work runs in short cycles, with deliveries you use from the first weeks instead of months of silence leading to one big reveal at the end. The full timeline comes out of the diagnosis, along with the scope. I have delivered in two months a production system that the conventional route would have taken at least six.
03

Do you work with companies outside Sorocaba?

Yes. My base is Sorocaba and on-site work covers the region, from Votorantim to Itu, but most of the work is remote and I serve companies anywhere in Brazil. Diagnosis and factory rollout usually call for being there in person; the rest doesn't.
04

Do I have to replace my ERP to connect the shop floor?

Almost never. Replacing or restructuring the ERP is the expensive, slow, risky way out, and it tends to be the first thing you get offered. I build a satellite system that talks to the ERP you already have: the operation stays on its feet during the work and the timeline drops from months to weeks.
